Prawn of the Patriarchy‘ is a combination of personal blog and annotated bibliography. It was created, in part, to keep track of notable articles/papers that I might otherwise never find again. It’s a place where others can obtain information on a range of gender-related issues, particularly material unlikely to be encountered in the mainstream media.

Comments and suggestions in relation to the various posts found here are most welcome (moderation policy here).

The topics encompassed in this blog include:

Domestic violence
Sex, sexuality and sexual violence
Men’s and boys health
Partnering, marriage and fatherhood
Gender in the workplace
Institutional bias against men & boys
Gender in the media
Feminism and key elements of the feminist narrative
